Buzz Muffberger Buzz
was born in San Diego, California but his parents moved to the United Kingdom
when he was six years old. It was while he was at school that he met
former RockItt vocalist Thor Stingray and the pair formed their first
band aged 11. Buzz has played in a number of bands with Thor most notably The
Rumpus Boys who achieved a minor chart hit in 1989 with I Met This Girl
At Clapham Junction.
Buzz kept busy when The Rumpus Boys parted in 1992 studying for degrees in Physics and Astrophysics but music kept calling him. He formed a band called Margo and Jerry - named in tribute to characters from his favourite sit-com, The Good Life - but was left destitute when he was successfully sued by 60's band Mungo Jerry. After a brief spell as vocalist for Australasian rock outfit Crowded House, Buzz joined RockItt in November 2006. You can find out more about Buzz's collection of guitars.
